Established on a 75.000 m² land, these are the existing factories that produce finished/ semi-finished products in various sizes and shapes; Including a Cutting Workshop, Tool Making Workshop, Forging Workshop, Quality Department with measuring and Metalographic Laboratories, Heat Treatment Workshop, Machining Workshop, Sheet Metal Processing Workshop, Welding Workshop and Assembly facilities, each working in integration with the other.

QUALITY

Many analyzes and evaluations can be made in 4 different Quality Laboratories in our facility, from purchased raw material / material analyzes to finished product life / function tests. We carry out mechanical tests, functionality, life tests, etc. of the prototypes or series products we have produced. We can do this with our own testing equipment.

DESIGN

Doğanlar Steel Forging has many years of Tooling design experience in the hot forging industry with its specialized and trained employees in their field. It creates new products and sub-part components for production by making technical drawings and using 3D solid model creation techniques.

PRODUCTION

BySoft7 is used for CATIA, VISI, Cad/Cam and sheet metal applications, which are computerized design and manufacturing programs that are today's indispensable technology for our designs and products. Thanks to the digital data obtained, it can produce high quality products at international standards with feasibility prediction.
